Environmental and Experiential Event Elements: Design, Install Management
As part of their 2023 week-long annual global Amplify Partner Conference, HP hosted an evening social event for attendees to take a break from discussing business, unwind, and enjoy themselves. To reflect their conference theme of being "Future Ready," a tech-forward and sci-fi influenced environment was created, complete with laser shows, high-flying bike stunts, unique DJ performances, and decor to create a fun escape from work. Several experiential activations were developed including an interactive multimedia entrance tunnel that would transport visitors into the future, a virtual reality gaming area showcasing HP's Omen gaming system, and a videogame arcade. Cozy lounges and food and beverage areas were integrated throughout the event to give visitors a chance to connect and recharge themselves for the rest of the conference. With Jack Morton Worldwide
