T-MOBILE TIMES SQUARE
Interactive Displays and Store Fixtures: Design Management
T-Mobile found a home for their first flagship store in the heart of Times Square, sharing the world’s largest HD LED screen with the New York Marriott Marquis. Inside, digital displays wrap walls & interactive features attract customers to experience the “Un-carrier” brand in NYC. The brand’s bold graphic style & this store’s Times Square location inspired the geometric mega LED ribbon that defines the entranceway of the store & can easily be seen through the curtain wall from the plaza. By the entrance, a self-guided display informs visitors on international plans, offering the ability to take a selfie that can be viewed on the overhead screen in the plaza. In the back of the store, a large multipurpose interactive touchscreen was developed to support the “counterless” service experience that T-Mobile wanted for this store.
